Original Story:
Janet Jackson returns to Cincinnati this summer to headline the annual Cincinnati Music Festival at Paul Brown Stadium.
Jackson was last in town in 2018 for her State of the World tour.
The festival runs July 23-25. The Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau estimates the festival generates $107.5 million in economic impact.
Here's the full lineup:
- Thursday, July 23: Biz Markie, BJ the Chicago Kid
- Friday, July 24: Charlie Wilson, Snoop Dogg, Fantasia, Tony Toni Tone, Jonathan Butler
- Saturday, July 25: Janet Jackson, The O'Jays, Tank, PJ Morton, Kirk Whalum
"This is the strongest lineup for the music festival that we've had in quite some time," Joe Santangelo, festival promoter, says in a statement. "Having Janet Jackson on our festival lineup for the first time ever to headline Saturday night, along with favorites Charlie Wilson and Fantasia, just makes this weekend even more exciting."
