A new exhibition at Cincinnati Art Museum is designed to help visitors think critically about the role of gender and diversity and how those issues get represented in the world of art.

It is called "Women Breaking Boundaries" and it examines the important contributions women have made to art and and art history. Prominent artists in the exhibit include Georgia O'Keeffe, Lorna Simpson, Kara Walker, Mary Cassatt, Julia Margaret Cameron, Elizabeth Catlett, and Chiyo Mitsuhisa.

Cincinnati Edition talks with the Cincinnati Art Museum Curator of South Asian Art, Islamic Art and Antiquities, Ainsley Cameron, Ph.D.
