WKRQ-FM Nominated For Another Crystal Award

Congratulations to WKRQ-FM (101.9), nominated for another Crystal Award from the National Association of Broadcasters for excellent public service.

Q102 brought home Crystal Awards in 2012 and 2009 from the annual spring NAB convention for its involvement in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, annual Bosom Balls to fight breast cancer and the Women's Crisis Center of Northern Kentucky.

Sister Hubbard Radio stations WUBE-FM (B105.1) and WREW-FM (MIX 94.9) won Crystal Awards last year.

WKRQ-FM was one of 50 stations nominated for the award this year. Dayton country station WHKO-FM also was nominated.  See the entire list here.

Winners will be honored April 10 during the 2018 NAB Show in Las Vegas.
