If you've ever toyed with the notion of writing the next bestseller, now may be the time. The pandemic is ripe for inspiration, and now you finally have the time to hideaway for months typing on your laptop.

But when it comes to publishing the next great masterpiece, there's more than one way to go about it. The Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library's Writer-in-Residence Dani McClain has some tips in an upcoming virtual roundtable. McClain knows the ropes - she's the author of We Live for the We: The Political Power of Black Motherhood.

She'll be joined for a virtual roundtable along with the first-ever library Writer-in-Residence Kathy Y. Wilson; Licensed Professional Counselor Sedara Burson; Editorial and Marketing Director for Blue Manatee Press Amy Dean; and AdventureKEEN President and Publisher Richard Hunt.

The "Virtual Roundtable: There's More Than One Way to Publish a Book" is Saturday, Dec. 12 from 2-3 p.m.

Joining Cincinnati Edition to discuss the event are Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County's Writer-in-Residence and Author Dani McClain; and the first Writer-in-Residence and long-time writer of the column "Your Negro Tour Guide" Kathy Y. Wilson.
