Cincinnati treasure Dick Waller is starting his third career at age 86 with the opening of his own art studio – Dick Waller’s Art Place - on West Court Street in downtown. Dick has teamed up with local gallery owner Sylvia Rombus and they are in our studio to talk about this new venture with Anne Arenstein.
